    To set the cooking temperature, use the Temp up and down arrows on the left side of the digital display. You can adjust the temperature at any time throughout the cooking process with the up and down arrows.

    To set the cooking time, use the Time up and down arrows on the right side of the digital display. You can change the time at any point throughout the cooking process with the up and down arrows.

    Yes, we recommend checking on your food regularly throughout the cooking process. Simply pull out the cooking pan and shake or rotate the food. When you are done, slide the cooking pan back into place to continue cooking to your desired level of browning or crispiness. Please note that the timer will continue to run while the cooking pan is removed.

    Although oil is not required, we recommend starting with one tablespoon and adjusting for personal preference, or referencing the recipe for proper oil amounts.

    Yes. It is important to shake or rotate your food for consistent browning and crispiness. For best results, please follow the recipe or cooking chart to find out how often you should shake or rotate your ingredients while cooking.

    Although the outside of the unit will heat up during the cooking process, the touch screen and pan handle will remain cool to touch.

    The cooking pan and crisper plate are both made out of aluminum and have a non-stick ceramic coating.

    For best results, we recommend that you preheat the unit for 3 minutes before adding your ingredients. To preheat, simply add an additional 3 minutes to your total cook time and allow the unit to come up to temperature before adding ingredients.

    The timer increments vary depending on the function: Air Fry: 1-minute increments up to 1 hour. Roast: 1-minute increments for the first hour, followed by 5-minute increments for the next 3 hours. Dehydrate: 15-minute increments up to 12 hours. Reheat: 1-minute increments up to 1 hour.

    The temperature ranges from 40°C (in Dehydrate) to 210°C (in Air Fry).
